This field is dedicated to fighting the social threats that prevent women from achieving their full potential. The focus is two-fold: Education and Employment. We work to remove barriers that stop girls from attending school and create specialized job-readiness programs for women. By providing vocational training—such as tailoring, handicrafts, or tech-based skills—we help women become breadwinners for their families. Empowering a woman leads to the empowerment of an entire household, ensuring social equality and protecting the dignity of women in alignment with humanitarian values.
